I am posting after months on this forum.....I would like if anyone can answer my question...when I loging on Ecase by using my Uniqe ID it shows me that they approved me as an sponsor and send me letter on Aug 22nd and the start processing my wife file from Aug 19th 2011 now does this mean that I should count my time from Aug 19th? and is that the time when they transfered my wife file to Islamabad?? I would greatly appreciate all help.

My wife received her passport with Visa a few days ago.
The process is over for me. It took just under 13 months.
While the process was still too long, I most certainly cannot complain.
My heart goes out to all those applicants who have been waiting patiently for much longer than me. Truly, you people are special. I can't imagine how you are coping under these untenable circumstances. The lack of transparency from CIC ISL is so deflating. One cannot anticipate what will happen at any given time with any certainty. Even as a lawyer, I had my share of doubts and questions. The entire process is haphazard and arbitrary, and in dire need of revision.

My wife received her passport with Visa a few days ago.
The process is over for me. It took just under 13 months.
While the process was still too long, I most certainly cannot complain.
My heart goes out to all those applicants who have been waiting patiently for much longer than me. Truly, you people are special. I can't imagine how you are coping under these untenable circumstances. The lack of transparency from CIC ISL is so deflating. One cannot anticipate what will happen at any given time with any certainty. Even as a lawyer, I had my share of doubts and questions. The entire process is haphazard and arbitrary, and in dire need of revision.
Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet.

I am posting after months on this forum.....I would like if anyone can answer my question...when I loging on Ecase by using my Uniqe ID it shows me that they approved me as an sponsor and send me letter on Aug 22nd and the start processing my wife file from Aug 19th 2011 now does this mean that I should count my time from Aug 19th? and is that the time when they transfered my wife file to Islamabad?? I would greatly appreciate all help.
yes just count your time from August 19 2011, before that they will not count it. |

first congrats, then may when we filled our forms, our case was not strong as others who received PPR with visa, and i made some mistakes in Date of births, so may that will be a probloms. it is ok now it is late we can't do anything, so hopefully it pass and we receive PPR with visa soon.
