Ya I did the same as you did, don't' touch the rest . Actually i filled IMM5563E mean version 2012 i don't know what version you filling, and one is 2009 old one it is little bit different. |

The reason they have added you 2 times becuase you're shafa and giving shafa to all of them in list to get visa |
