When i came to canada

The landing paper had the flight number and date i landed in toronto

I just talked to one of my friend for confirmation who recently got Canadian Immigration from USA under SW and he is planning to land next month. He received Passport with Visa Stamped and 2 papers.One is for his record and one is for the immigration officer at border. I have a same case too. My be In USA they send Landing paper with passport or may there is some difference in Skilled worker immigration and sponsorship imm.

LMAO takin $2000 to pakistan or afghanistan is not enough in nowadays lmao
wen i went to pakistan, i only bought ma ticket n a camera lol..... tahts it... n i took bout $100 wit me n thats it....
then ma mom gave me $300 lmao, n wen i was there ma relatives send ma husband money so all together another $450, n ma husband has some money wit him, but then ma mom send me another $800 lol.... all together, i spend bout $3000

Ma husband is a bigger eater then i though lmao... n im the chubby one, he made me gain soo much weight by making me eat out everyday lol n i am paying for it now... thanks to him i gained to much weight lmao.... its all good tho...

Hows every1 doing? I am here after very long time since I have already landed in Feb. I heard many people have got PPR recently....
Ray, Danny, Tuco, Bestplace4u, Become a loner, Saifsmarty, mariah, sonigak, zeee and all others....
Guys I have been through this it took me full 2 years of pain but at the end when I reached here it felt like as if there was no hard time. so Keep your patience and prays at fullest and All the best.

Also who's coming to GTA specifically Oakville/Mississauga/Brampton ?

Update from my end.

Received my CAIPS earlier this week.

They are dated April 10th / 11th 2012 but we received update form request April 20 something.

First, i found out that we have two file numbers, one with F and one with B (when they requested forms).

Via CAIPS i found that B number is paper file and F is i guess electronic.

Man, what a bunch of &&%(*, my "email correspondence" notes in the there are that they replied to me that file is in process or once that its in queue with immigration officier but in reality, all replies were "initial review" + generic text that follows.

They have not done Criminal checks and medical was in process (like wtf? its been expired since nov2011, send the request with ppr already!) Ofcourse these were generated april 11th so i dunno. Lets see.

We sent the updated forms May 1st. Lets hope they don't wait until 45 days to check, as per deadline to submit.

Waiting on Medical and PPR.

Btw, when I land in Canada, i fill a declaration card / canada customs. What will my wife have to fill landing first time? Same thing or something totally different or what?

P.S. A friend of mine who was 2-3 weeks ahead of me, his wife is landing this week. Took 2 months to get PP back since PPR.

when will I hear something from CHC-I? I've not heard anything from them since our file transfer in July 2011. Why are they torturing us with their slow pace : @

rackeya - I have heard of cases where wifes have went back-home to live with hubby with an extended period of time and they have gotten letters essentially asking why she has not gone back and to show proof that they plan to settle in canada.  Basically they want you to come back make money and pay taxes - not to be with your hubby even though the waiting period is just ridiculous.. I am guessing these people inform CHC before they leave and tell them they are staying for so many months and at this point they start to question why the person is not going back - so in short I think yes it can delay your case.. solution is not to tell them you are going for extended period of time..

exactly what i believe, but there is no hiding from chc.... they no when u left and wen ur return ticket is even if  u dont tell them. aswell ive heard of cases where the spouse doesnt receieve any info from chc right until the sponsorer leaves their side and reutrns home to canada,,,, thats why im not going backk...

emanzaib.. u and me are almost same time line... have u gotten any word from chc?? if so can u share that part of ur time line with me? what date did u first recieve something from chc and what did u recieve?
