it all depends on CHC, they can give ur wife ppr request anytime soon... since u did ur remed in november... if u go maybe she comes here wit u ur decision, if u can go back n afford it ... then go for a visit, maybe she will get ppr n if u cant then u should wait..... but mostly likely chc wants u to visit ur spouse atleast once a year to kno its a on goin relationship.... how CHC I knows that i am going , who will tell those guys, and if i am not going does it makes bad effect in our case or not? but i heard from people like you said that once should go and visit them. it is good for ur case, but it is not 100 % conform? or it is? |

One question from you guys, it is 22 months since i didn't see my wife so people r saying that you have to go and visit your wife, but i don't know because i don't know how long more it takes to ask us about PPR. and she come here, i don't have to go there?
I visited 5 times in last 20 months and now People in Pakistan don't believe that I live in Canada.  Anyway ,I think you should visit once and sent your boarding passes to CHC-I . When I received my CAIPS ,it has all detail of all my visit . |
