Mail this copy of receipt through TCS........as well attach the copy of the letter CIC sended u for (re-medical)......as well the e-mail copy which CIC posted for u......N a covering letter mentioning the situation...inshallah all b good.

it all depends on CHC, they can give ur wife ppr request anytime soon... since u did ur remed in november... if u go maybe she comes here wit u ur decision, if u can go back n afford it ... then go for a visit, maybe she will get ppr n if u cant then u should wait..... but mostly likely chc wants u to visit ur spouse atleast once a year to kno its a on goin relationship.... |
