I've been a quite reader of this forum for a while now and every time I would see the heading 'GOOD NEWS' I would say to myself that one day I'll post my Good News too so here is My GOOD NEWS by the Grace of Allah
FINALLY!!! 
. My wife received her PPR + Medical request on April 16, 2012. Here is my one hell of a timeline.
Submitted Application Mississauga = August 13, 2010
Approved and sent out to CHC ISB = September 14, 2010
CHC Islamabad Received Application = September 20, 2010
Islamabad Started Process on = October 05, 2010
Went to Hibernate
= More than a year Really Painful Time
Requested more documents & Forms= November 17, 2011
Requested additional docs again = January 25, 2012
Received PPR + Medical Request = April 16, 2012
Done Medical and Sent Passport = April 19, 2012
Updated online Medical Received = May 04, 2012 (No date is mentioned I've just checked and it was updated)
Waiting for PASSPORT with Stamp = INSHALLAH SOON
So this was my painful journey if I think of it but now I am so excited that I don't even feel that pain or hurt that wait I mean that was a miserable one heck of wait time. I guess when you are in the situation, right before you do get the PPR request, every min or I would say every sec feel like a year. But when you receive the request letter you just get so excited that you forget about that miserable time.
I know I know what you guys gonna say to remember all of you guys in my prayers well I wont promise that I would remember so I just Pray right here for you guys how about that.

Well I will let you guys know the moment my wife will receive the passport back. Normally how long does it take to get the passport back?
Well once again I would like to thank all of you guys for this wonderful unintentionally cyber help did I thank you before I guess not well thats alright. Anyways this forum is really helpful in many regards and specially those useful suggestions, knowing other people timelines and reading comments really helped.
I think my love letter is growing with the time so I would stop here!!! rest may be in next Episode
