Anzee I'm not a bro ..please see my signature Hmm well you are a nikkah only case right.. When did you send your documents? They are not replying to anyones emails..The last reply i got from CHC was on April 24, 2012 which was the acknowledgement of RPRF receipt..Have you paid the rprf fee?

oh sorry sis!!! my case was nikkah but we did rukhsati in feb, when i was leaving we rcvd the letter of submitting re-pcc and imm forms but no objection i submitted doc on mar 13, i paid everything in the beginning

Lonely without Hubby - I got a generic letter from CHC dated March 13 in which they requested re-pcc, imm forms and proof of ruksati celebration..The last para stated that if your sponsor has not paid rprf, it should be paid immediatley as it could delay your case..I asked my husband to pay it and he did it online , forwarded me the receipt and mailed a copy to CPC in missisauga .. I sent the rprf receipt with my documents and also emailed them to acknowledge RPRF receipt which they did after 2 days..The replied that they have noted the information and will forward the same to the file.. : )

my hubby did paid the fee dat time , but he forgot to send d printed slip to cic missssagua,

we did send it once we got d letter after 28th march !
but no acknowledgemnt till YET

Anzee - You guys should have sent it voluntarily .. They are expediting the cases with full wedding.. They might accept your case with nikkah only but they will take their sweet time which would be obviously more than the straight forward cases.. I was a nikkah case too and had ruksati in Jan , sent proof voluntarily on Feb 27 and they attched to the file on March 10..lol and got a objection letter dated March 13..I sent all the proofs again along with re-pcc and imm forms which was a big hassle..

i sent doc voluntarily on november that y i think no objection on GCMS notes they said forward for review in feb and after that i rcvd AOR
