Anybody can tell me whats the difference between NICOP( i just know its good for 10 years N we dont need visa) N ID CARD of Pakistan........how long do it take in pakistan to get one N what documents i need to apply for that .....if we have NICOP is it same as ID CARD.

Yes it is a pakistani ID card for: National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (nicop) it may take up to 3 months to get it.

It is very hard to predict how long but here is the news about figuring out how they think. Understanding CHC Islamabad:
A man could not wait for his spousal sponsorship visa for Canada and finally made a boat to sail to Canada but the  boat capsized in the sea before he reached to his destination. He was lucky that the waves cast him up on a desert island.
 After months of loneliness, a beautiful coloured bottle washed up on the beach. The man picked it up and caressed it, admiring its beauty, until a genie came out in a puff of smoke.

“Wonderful,” the man said. “Build me a bridge so I can get to Canada so I can meet my wife.”
“Oh, come on,” the genie said. “Do you have any idea what a massive engineering adventurous accomplishment that would be? There's not enough steel or stone in the world for that. I'm just a simple genie. Wish for something realistic.”

I don't think so because when I got mine they had to get information from Pakistan. if you want me ask I can ask the consulate for you.

I got it made URGENTLY, paid a hell of a lot of money, it still took 22 days. Its all bull*censored word*. Just send in the application and pray it comes quickly. Alot like our brothers at CHC-I, they take their sweet time at NADRA.

And I got it made in DHA, Karachi. Bunch of wasteyutes in that country.

I just called the consulate and they had answering system which explain how to apply, here is the website to download those application forms for passport visa or nicop. http://www.pakmission.ca/    try this website later on because it is not working at this moment.

NICOP normally is now easy because now here they fillout forms electronically and in same time with hub data is shared to nadra PAKISTAN  and they issue within month ( my personal exp )

NICOP  & other ID samething but if you living abroad and not holding PAKISTANI PASSPORT  so for sure u need visa to enter PAKISTAN  and with NICOP  you are visa free entitled this is difference in both and our PAKISTANI ID  is in urdu lang and NICOP  is in english lang
