im not sure either but tinko n dannybhai said that we should renew it n send it in explaining that it will expire...
i was think same thing as u .... but wat if we wait 5 months for nothing n then they say u have renew pp n then we will continue ur process so i am soo confused n worried....

its better for u to renew it N write them a letter ......dont take a risk.........after 4 months it will b expired plus ur hubby havent got his remedical ...

I thank you so much for updating for 2011 victims and completely forgetting about 2010 victims. May be it should be called the 2011 timeline as it is now it only shows the timeline 2009-2010. LOL

Think hundred times and discuss with the trusted people before going to make any decision but once you are done keep it in your heart forever.
How can you expect two different people grown up in different families exacly think and behave in the same manner.
Couples who think in the begining of their relationship they are best but later they find they are worse and those who think in the begining they are worse later find they are best. Make your spouse your friend not lover.
Once more thing ISTAKHARA..Most of us having wrong perception about it.
Istakhara meaning Allah say mashwara mangna.. 2 rikat namaz parhain or Allah say dua karain k yay kam agar ap k haq may bahtar hay to hojai or nahi hay to na hoo. Koi khawab nahi ata asa hota to shayad koi kam bhi galat nahi hota.

lol ...............Yar which book did u read bhai ji ............ logic does not work in Islam in all things ................. u hav to believe .......... Allah has shown u hints and kept some hidden ............ coz He knows He is creator ............ He knows u can drive good on 401 with clear instructions ........... from that ..... I tell u one thing about ISTAKHARA ..................u get answers in colors ............... u get a positive feeling wen u get up in the morning ............... but about ur comments "ke koi kam bhe halat nahi hota " ................ ISTAKHARA is only allowed on two things equal and in both ways ur not losing. That what I know ....... Correct me if i am wrong ...........

Otherwise 6/49 would hav always been won by muslimz ............. u canot do an ISTAKHARA for it .............

Dear all...congrats to all who have been hearing and getting good stuff..and i really really pray and hope all 2010 cases get through ASAP..who ever sets the immigration policies i guess has led a really lonely life coz apparently has no idea what its doing to others..but may be its agood thing in a way..we are learning patience and probably we would appreciate our other halves more for the rest of our lives when we are finaly together inshallah..
 As usual i have a question and really need your feed back based on your experiences...we are sept 2011 file transfer and we have quite a bit of up date that we have been wanting to send to CHC-I for the past 3-4 months..our consultant on the other hand has been strongly against it and has  asked us not to do so and wait for the immigration people to ask us for updates..we have now decided to send update any way..what do you say? the worst may be that they ask us again right? any feed back will be much appreciated....thanks

ok so my friend is sponsoring her husband as well.... but!!! when at the time her husband got re med and pcc and had to make an afghan marriage certificate he travelled to lahor and got kidnapped on the way!!!!!!!!! so now 9 months later he has been found ALHAMDULILLAH!!!! so glad! soosososo glad and he is perfectly ok mashallah!!!! we are so ahppy... but now what do we do with the case do we continue and send the re pcc and re med and the afghan certificate and give an explanation as to why it is soooo late or does she have to start the case all over again? becuz we dont want to disclose what happend just becuz of lack of prove and delay... adivce pleasE? and thank you

Hi, your friend's husband must email/Fax to CHC-I and write them; due to unavoidable domestic circumstances, he was unable to follow up his Family Class Spousal Sponsorship Permanent Residence Visa and now he is seeking for Family Class Canadian Permanent Residence Visa. He musk ask them to advice him about his Permanent Resident File. CHC-I will must write him about his File Status, updates and process to proceed . . . . could be processed at CHC-I or may be by submitting new sponosrship file at Mississauga, as advised by CHC-I.
