I can't say what exactly they do for background check but normally different agencies have different criteria and purposes to perform background chk.
Let say one agency is verifying your educational/Job kind of stuff  and Other agency is checking whether you belongs to some terrorist group etc etc.

It's hard to say what stage they start/finish security check but I think once they open your file then they start background check and by the time they issue PPR/Interview they stop your background.

and if they find any  objection or not satisfied with the background ..do they inform applicant? or just stop their case process ?

It depends what objection they have. Let's say they think your marriage is not guanine then they will ask you for proof of wedding like photo etc.
They sent me a letter to prove that I am currently living in Canada then I send 1 yr phone bills,bank statement,pay stub ,tax return etc etc
They can ask you again for Police certificate so it depends upon the type of objection......

Once more thing ISTAKHARA..Most of us having wrong perception about it.

Istakhara meaning Allah say mashwara mangna.. 2 rikat namaz parhain or Allah say dua karain k yay kam agar ap k haq may bahtar hay to hojai or nahi hay to na hoo. Koi khawab nahi ata asa hota to shayad koi kam bhi galat nahi hota.

My mother did istikahra long time ago but she got a negative result but she dismissed it and stayed positive. I did the istikhara last week and after that my wife for the first time told me very clearly that she does not want a loving relationship and she blamed all the issues on my attitude. At that time this was enough for me to see as a sign from Allah and my decision for very easy at that time.

I understand the meaning the Nikkah and I always took care of her financially and any other way she wanted, yet she kept saying to me that it is only Nikkah and she is not really my wife yet.  Nikkah is can not be done by one side only.

im not sure either but tinko n dannybhai said that we should renew it n send it in explaining that it will expire...

Think hundred times and discuss with the trusted people before going to make any decision but once you are done keep it in your heart forever.

How can you expect two different people grown up in different families exacly think and behave in the same manner.

Couples who think in the begining of their relationship they are best but later they find they are worse and those who think in the begining they are worse later find they are best. Make your spouse your friend not lover.

Once more thing ISTAKHARA..Most of us having wrong perception about it.

Istakhara meaning Allah say mashwara mangna.. 2 rikat namaz parhain or Allah say dua karain k yay kam agar ap k haq may bahtar hay to hojai or nahi hay to na hoo. Koi khawab nahi ata asa hota to shayad koi kam bhi galat nahi hota.

Thanks for your input but please when you explained about istikhara you have not mentioned about the dua of istikhara is necessary after 2 rakat. or else people would not be saying that dua afterwards. and the other thing I wanted to mention is the best time to do that is before you do the nikkah or before you start a busines or moving to an other country (safar) etc. but once you already have the problem then I guess mostly people only think of getting rid of the problem rather than staying with it or thinking of doing the istikhara about quit or not to quit. May Allah keep us away from CHC problems besides other problems in life.
