u said that CHC-i has a tendency to treat nikah only cases with suspicion, does that mean that one whould have FULL wedding before submitting application??
Or one should keep them informed of rukhsati before they send u an objection?? How does it work??
DodgeCharger, Yes they do look at nikah only or proxy marriages very closely and ask them to either provide more proof if its a genuine case or put them in the interview list. As we know 1 2 ka 4 is in the interview list due to not having Rukhsati done already. He is going to pakistan to get the rukhsati done. So either apply after the rukhsati is done or you have to provide them with strong reasons in the application why rukhsati wasn't done and hope for the best after. |
