my iz june 2010 case n still didnt any update m desperatly waiiting sad now you havent gotten any requests since? like RePCC or filling out Immigration forms again or ReMed? have u tried emailing them and asking about ur status? because ur a june 2010 applicant and it has nearly been 2 years! maybe they sent u something but it got lost or reached another address etc...u shud definitely email them asap! good luck! |

PRINT THIS LETTER AND ASK UR MP TO EMAIL IT TO CHC-ISB(they can't ignore mp's mail)but ask ur mp that don't mention ur name or info or anything he is suppose to say that plp hv been complaining abt this for long time )U ALSO NEED TO FAX IT OR MAIL IT.OR U CAN DO SOME CHANGING ON YOUR OWN IF U LIKE(but don't mention ur name or any thing)
YOUR MP WOULD TAKE THAT LETTER BUT USUALLY THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL WRITE THIS IN THEIR OWN WAY BUT ATLEAST HE WILL GET THE IDEA WHAT IS the ISSUE THAT HE NEEDS TO ADDRESS.

At first my mp wasn't ready to take action in my case and he was insisting that timeline is 26 months but when we told him k bhai 26 months pore nahi lagte ..They hv started finalizing 2011 and late 2011 cases he shocked to hear this and said he will surely forward this complain to his own..So u should all ask ur mp to generally forward this complain not by particular name(if u r not scared then u can ask him to mention ur's too)but my mp will mention my name that if this is simple straight case u didn't ever have issue y this is taking so long? ? ?if u hv any issue let us know we will sort it out ...2011 cases r finalizing by u where is ur policy first come first serve)
Just call them and ask at least!
