TInko Onlyy one same letter is not gonna help...u need to make in ur own words and then send it to ISB.We need a lot of letters which r addressing same issue...
The  letter i'll show u would be a DEMO need to write many letters like that one and send anonymous
other wise they will never get done with their backgrounds checks for 2010 applicants only!

Someone on the forum has messaged me and asked me:

I did my wife signature myself on the CAIPS form.
Should i withdraw it or let it be?
I wanted to apply it urgently, but it needed applicant signature i was confused as i didn't want to delay it so i did her fake sign
but now i am worried
Do they check your signature/verify your signature
Please tell me what to do?

I am sure if it's fine or not?
is it ok or not? if anyone knows about it, please reply.

ALSO, WE CAN ADDRESS THE LETTER: TO THE HONOURABLE ROSS HYNES (HE IS THE HIGH COMMISSIONER IN ISLAMABAD) & VISA SECTION

We should all exchange the letters to re-check each others letters and then send the finalized letter within the same week.
We should email all the letters to our spouses in Pakistan and have them fax the letters from an outsider's fax number.
And if someone from Canada would like to fax the letter as well, make sure to fax it from an outsider fax machine.

SIGN OFF THE LETTER BY:  2010 CONCERNED APPLICANT & SPONSOR

I also think we need to send the same letters to Jason Kenney's office in Calgary from anon fax numbers.

I jus want the other members to know that we are not hating on u guys lol

We are frustrated that CHC is not following their own rules... First come first serve
but we are happy that lots of people are getting good/greats news.

its jus not fair for most members that are waiting for more then a year or 15 months n still nothing

But again Allah swt Al-Mighty is the best of planners. Insha'allah we will all hear good news soon.

The reason I am writing this letter to you is that, nowadays people have been suffering  about the lengthy wait processing time for their spouses to immigrate to Canada from Pakistan. As you know that Immigration Minister Jason Kenney has been claiming that family reunification is the first priority. It is also in the constitution that Citizen of Canada can legally sponsor their spouses and these application will be processed ASAP.
 People who have sponsored their  wives in 2010 They still do not know the status of their applications. Every time we send an inquiry request to CHC-Islamabad, we get a generic reply from the embassy that "Your application is currently in process and is in queue for initial review". After 10 to 12 months they have not touched their  files and it is taking almost 26 months to get a spousal visa.There is no way to find out how long it will take to process these applications.

CHC-Islamabad always claims that they strictly follow their policy of first come first serve..But we don't find it right because around us we find so many peoples who applied after have already landed in canada..We want u to consider the suffering of people who are waiting from 2010 and earlier ...How come simple straight forward cases of 2010 taking that long as compare to 2011 cases ..If you  don't find any issue in someone case then why is this discrimination happening to all people who applied in 2010 ?
on the other hand we see people from late 2011 getting passport request from CHC.This is not justify.WE will never be able to forget this misery and pain we suffered due to this bias behaviour of CHC-ISB.They have over looked so many pending cases of 2010.



Therefore, I request you to please look into this matter and bring this issue forward and ask questions from the concerned authorities. Your help can make a huge difference in hundreds of peoples lives and they will be relieved form this waiting pain, if this is resolved soon enough.

Question regarding police certificates. So if an applicant lived in the same city (say Karachi) but at different places (different local police stations) for more than a year at each location, does he/she would need to get police certificates for all those places? Or last one would suffice?
