This is realy unfair.
They r sending ppr's to late 2011 applicants now ...y this act of discrimination with us !
They r even calling them to ask k aap ko visa chahyie to bhej dein ya ther ker bheje .
We all need to write a letter and send it to embassy...That if there is quota problem then where is ur policy of first come and first serve..Don't need to write ur address /name or any thing on letter just letter... which draws their attention..when they will get so many anonymous /threatened letters .they will start doing it in proper sequence !

I understand your frustration sisters but remember its all luck and your naseeb. Allah has written it the way he thought it was best for you and your spouse. Maybe there is something really good for you in this, you might not know it right now but Allah always wants the best for his creation.

Me and my wife were both frustrated about the lost letters, turns out that they kept it on hold for 2 months on purpose. I don't know why but I believe there must be something beneficial for both me and my wife. Maybe Allah saved us from an accident etc etc.

Be happy for others and Allah will give you happiness very soon InshaAllah

Danny bhai kia aug 2010 se le ker dec2010 walo mein se kisi ki bhi bhalai nhai hai abhi jane mein !!!NOt a single person from nov/dec 2010 got ppr ..SO every body's luck is going same these days They r slackers not doing their work properly.

I did my wife signature myself on the CAIPS form.
Should i withdraw it or let it be?
I wanted to apply it urgently, but it needed applicant signature i was confused as i didn't want to delay it so i did her fake sign
but now i am worried
Do they check your signature/verify your signature
Please tell me what to do?

I am sure if it's fine or not?
is it ok or not? if anyone knows about it, please reply.

There were people from Aug/Sep/Oct 2010 who got their Visa in Nov/Dec 2011. I know a few people through this forum who got the Visa in 15 months.

One of my friends applied in Aug 2010 and his wife got Re-med and PPR on 29th March 2012. His case was delayed as they asked for more pix and proof. To his credit, he went to Pakistan in January this year and got Rukhsati and Valima done. Also, he went to Dubai for honeymoon. So he sent everything together in Jan and after 2.5 months his wife got Re-med and PPR.

To cut it short, those applications that had really strong proof of relationship, full wedding, Forms correctly filled, PCC valid at the time of initial review got Re-med and PPR right away. Its like being a lawyer for yourself. The more prepared you are, the more proof you have, the faster the decision is going to be.

I am not implying that other applications weren't complete, some are just unlucky and some require more proof to be sent and its very prossible that some Visa officers are lazy. Just make lots of dua and InshaAllah 2010 pending cases will be finalized very soon. Hopefully you will understand my point.

Yeah I do agree ..bc some plp don't hv that much knowledge that how to prepare these things properly!
but on the other hand me ,imthihan,samar jawad and girls like us who r married long ago hv kid no chakar  of wedding proofs or nikkah only case .hv filed each and everything properly they never evr had issue ..still what is taking them so long Its beyond my understanding!

I applied for CAIPS 3 time and everytime I did her signature by myself.No issue so far.

WE SHOULD SEND LETTERS TO CHC ISB EXPLAINING HOW THEY HAVE OVERLOOKED SEVERAL 2010 FILES PENDING PROCESSING AND
MENTIONED TO THEM CLEARLY THAT 2011 APPLICANT FILES ARE BEING PROCESSED EARLIER.
TELL THEM THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPECTING THE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE PROGRAM WHICH THEY KEEP MENTIONING TO US.
THIS MATTER HAS TO BE ADDRESSED, THEY ARE THINKING WE ARE ILLITERATE PAKISTANI'S AND DONT HAVE A CLUE ON
IMMIGRATIONS LAWS.
