I FIND IT REALLY STRANGE THAT THEY ARE PROCESSING 2011 FILES SO QUICKLY ...
WHY ARE THEY SKIPPING SO MANY 2010 APPLICANTS, SOMEONE NEED'S TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE WITH IMMIGRATION.

CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!! MASHAH ALLAH yasir! That is very nice. Guys the members of 2009 deserve a BIG THANK YOU for this. They wrote emails, letters, they filed petitions, and protests and etc for us. It is their efforts that today we are seeing that 2011 cases are being taken care of promptly (somewhat). Better than 2009 and 2010 cases. The new employees they hired for 2011 cases are atleast doing their job. We shud be greatful to those members for helping us reunite with our spouses in a somewhat resonable time frame. I hope CHC's processing times stay like this (I dont mean the 26 month bench mark). |

Did you guys applied online or by mail ?
I am still waiting for my LOA, I submitted additional documents in last dec 2011 when I got the temp file number. 5 months gone and my sponsors haven't received any interview call.
I applied through General stream in dec 2010 and its not related to spouse sponsorship. It's hard to believe that applicants from 2011 or even 2012 are being processed faster than me while my case looks like stucked in between.

They r even calling them to ask k aap ko visa chahyie to bhej dein ya ther ker bheje . We all need to write a letter and send it to embassy...That if there is quota problem then where is ur policy of first come and first serve..Don't need to write ur address /name or any thing on letter just letter... which draws their attention..when they will get so many anonymous /threatened letters .they will start doing it in proper sequence ! |

if new r old VO ka chakar bhi hai tou i m 2011 applicant so may b my VO is new soo.. where is my letter ?kyu unho nai rook k rakha hai widout any reason.. |
