ALLAH knows what is really going on inside CHC ISB ... Thank you for all your prayers dear members.
I try not to get depressed but 3 years away from my husband has mentally gotten to me and my husband too.
I went to my MP 2 weeks ago and he said Ottawa told him that CHC ISB sent me an email in MARCH 2012 advising me
that my husbands interview is confirmed to be conducted within the next 6 months --- I already knew this
MP doesnt do anything, only inquires however my MP said that in JUNE he will write a big letter to CHC ISB
demanding an explanation as to why my husbands interview has not been done and to get a date ASAP.
I dont know what else to do

or u cant? becuz this is too much torture for one person....
remember "Allah swt doesn't not push a person unless they can handle it"
so i am admired by ur patients n how strong u are in being in the position ur at...
and I pray that insha'allah Allah swt bring u great news soon...
but i would strongly advice u that u should be wit ur husband, even if Chc is having fun takin their time...
u should be wit ur husband n the long time wont matter as much....
enjoy ur precious years with ur husband untill he comes to be wit u in Canada....
im pretty sure u can do that if not
remember all of us here are praying for u and everyone else in this forum to be reunited wit their spouses soon

Hi, i think that now CHC is sending PPR request for all the 2010 cases that are left behind..... n insha'allah u will hear good news soon.... but try emailing CHC this week n wait till they reply to u or other option is CAIPS/GMCS notes that u have to order n long complication..... so jus email them n see what the response is.... becuz something wen PPR takes long to come they must be goin a background check....n insha'allah i am sure u and anyone that is from 2010 will get ppr n visa soon. Im a january 2011 cases.... n i am waiting for re-med wit ppr to come insha'allah.... there is a saying... in Pashto/farsi... but i will translate it to u in english.... "The longer it take, the better the joy/happiness and the person comes safe and sound"...hurrying is shatans game. sounds better in pashto/farsi but loll english will do for now  Thank you for your useful info, by the way I emailed them and waiting for their replay when I got responded I will let you know, and how is the process of applying CAIPS/GMCS you mentioned is it easy and necessary to apply or no? If you already got a request for re-med then INSHAH ALLAH you should hear something in coming weeks. There are several members who are from OCT/NOV/DEC 2010 files that are waiting for PPR. So hang in there. Inshah ALLAH good news is on its way.

no problem we are all here to help one another n ur most welcome... CAIPS/GCMS notes is a long complication process in order to get notes on wat is happening on ur case n wat notes the immigration officer has made on it..... if u want i will send u a inbox n let u kno... but for now.... we should wait for the email replies lol n then from there we will make a decision.... |
