i got the point this is my hubby second marriage he divorced her gori wife 6 yrs ago but he attached divorce papers and everthing origianl with sponser application this thing can b the reason of delay ???nothing is hidden every thing is quite clear in papers isb walon ko is baat ki takleef ho gai hy .to interview kelye bullain na pir ;ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh  goppy1, Is your wife or husband case? your husband live in Pakistan or Canada? |

hey Zia bro your second medical is expired to so are you waitin for 3rd?
AA Bro I am Nikah only case. CHC send objection letter in January 2011 that marriage is not genuine and asked more on going relationship proof i had forwarded. My file is in queue for interview since October 2011. i have applied CAIPS notes and every thing is clear on it they just curious that reason for consummation of marriage is not given. when i email this week to CHC, they asked more ongoing relationship proof with my wife. i will forward these prrof to CHC this month. My wife is also planning to come Pakistan in September 2012. |

salam everyone... my online status just changed from Medical results have been received. to A decision has been made on her application. The office will contact her concerning this decision. btw... she sent in her passport and re med on early march any ideas what this means? is she getting her passport stamped and mailed? This means she's getting her passport back with visa soon when did she receive ppr and medical request? do you remember the date Mab... dont remember the date but i think she recieved the request for remed and passport on around 6th or 7th of march. she sent it in on aound 16th or 17th. if she gets the pasport back with visa in next couple of weeks it means it took us little over a year for the whole process.... |

They call for interview for almost all people having second marriage so its very very normal. Even every thing is clear but they still call for interview in this type of cases. |
