I am filling the forms and i am little confused
here there are 2 columns one for Applicant other for spouse.
do i have to fill my data in Applicant column in spouse column?
I don't know how to copy/paste form properly, but it's somewhat like this

I think these forms are made for all different types of immigrant visa either spousal sponsorship, skilled workers or entrepreneur because sometime the whole family is getting visas together and travelling together so in that case everyone's info has to be jot down including their dependents. But this is not the case with when only one person has to go to his or her spouse. So you just have to write the info about the one who would be going to Canada. |

Thanks for your reply... Recently i received a letter from CHC Islamabad, which requires to submit supplementary information forms. I tried to find those forms at the Country specific link and found Supplementary Information forms (4 Pages) , Residency Questionnaire ( 4 Pages) and Work Experience ( 2 Pages). I am just confused that should i just submit supplementary information forms Or have to include Residency Questionnaire with it. Further Education/Work Experience forms are NA in my case as i dont have dependent above 18 years of age. |

As you mentioned Should i have to Update the PR Application, Additional Family Information etc Forms?
When i got the Forms request, it was specifically mentioned to fill all these forms in your case if they have specifically asked for Supplementary Information form then only fill this form, i guess http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/pakistan/assets/pdfs/PakistaniNationals-Form-en.pdfor send danny a pm, he'll guide you properly |
