Are u filing forms on ur own or CHC has asked you to fill these out?
Did u get a letter asking specifically for these forms to be filled out? If they did then stick with that.
The reason I am asking is becoz my residency questionare was 4 pages and there were 3 separate supplementary forms .

Intihaan, may i know why did they send you residency questionnaire?  ?.......are you living with your husband in pakistan? i believe they send this form only in case sponsor resides outside canada..........or may be they have started sending it to to every one |
