When our process started in Dec09, every body was getting a PR visa in 4-6 months max. Then they raised it to 9 months and told the same in our AOR then they raised it to 16 months and we assumed that 16months time was for people who started applying in 2010. This proved to be our fallacy. Unfortunately, the time applies to everyone currently in the system. Just start from the time on your AOR and count 21 months. You will get a rough estimate. Please plan and act accordingly. The immigration CHC-ISb is relentless

i think we also fall under 21 months now unfortunately. I applied Jan 2010 and at then it was 6-12 months and in July they increased it to 16 months. This is now starting our 14th month...seems like we fall under the new time frame if its going the way it is. But I do know my hubby is going to have an interview just not before February...well Feb came and went and still no word.

It has nothing to do with 2011. The website is not giving you the time line for processing of the future applications.

It is the time line for the files that Islamabad process during January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010. Those files could have been in Islamabad embassy since 2008. So the average processing time for previous files was 21 months.

It can go up and can go down.

That means cases from 09 and early 10 will start seeing PPR in this quarter (March-April-May-June 2011).

NO! If you applied late 2009 / early 2010 and your file is still in their system it will be 21 months from the AOR. Which means if your AOR is Jan2010 then 21 Months from that is Sept/Oct 2011.

Guys RELAX your file is in line and they have to boost the timeline so in the next quarter they reduce it and show improvement it's a business

Hi Wes786

What about October and November 2009 AORs files? We have already completed our 16th Months of time lines. Any idea? For further detail you can see more detail in our signature side.

To tell you the truth, I don't know...You cannot expect anything right now. According to CIC, its 21 months now and Oct/Nov 2009 AOR should be done by June/July2011 but who the hell knows....We have seen alot of oct/nov/dec 2009 AOR getting PPRs in Feb 2011 so I am not sure how to answer to your question because I have no idea...
