awwwwwwww i understand how u feel sweety, im on the same boat...same timeline...only that am sponsorin my husband...and this wait is gettin RILLY annoying...even ppl that applied after us are gettin their visas! chc has my file since 20 MONTHSSSSSSSSSSS

Asalamalaikum everyone and how is everyone
Its been v long I haven't visited here..so after 17 months finally my husband heard something from CIC which was interview call and its done. Now a month and half is passed after his interview and we did not hear anything so far...Any Ideas what might be going on??? Should ordering Caips will help us??? Plz keep us in your duas and May Allah subhana watallah make it easy for all of us here waiting for so long

so I m not the only one...I wounder too what is that taking so long to process some cases...and some done so fast ...I wounder what kind of criteria they use...Does anybody know if They perform background checks after the interview or when the case is first open?

Under application assignment the date is 2012/1/25.
AOA, seems like the mishap of your cancelled re-meds could be the reason for this delay. I hope that you get the re-med with PPR InsaAllah! |

Thats why we are the only few left on this forum now, everyone else seems to have moved on. I know there are many silent members how only come here to read, please when ever you know the answer to a question please take few minutes to answer it. khilafa maan gaye bhi aap ki prediction ko  so what do u predict in 1st week or 2nd week of may ? ? ? They'll get a wake up call? cant predict nothing sis all i can say by looking at recent activity by CIC and CHC since they have stopped accepting parents and grand parents applicants for 2 years, also eliminated all skilled worker applications before 2008 and very few people are using super visa from pakistan because the insurance costs because of the measure CHC has picked up speed as u know AUGUST 2011 member also got a PHONE CALL and nothing special about the case inshallah in the next quarter most likely chc will issue alot of visas and they will do intial reviews for cases from JAN 2011 and Aug 2011 |
