Next turn is nov/dec 2010 cases to get PPR..
sis so many 2011 cases have gotten PPR requests with re MEDS people in may 2011 have gotten remed+ ppr request also |

sis so many 2011 cases have gotten PPR requests with re MEDS
people in may 2011 have gotten remed+ ppr request also
Yeah I know but its remed +ppr request ...and it takes time..plp from sep/oct who r getting separate ppr request they get their pp back in less time(like mike got in just 4 days) .their is not a single case from dec 2010 got ppr .so many sep/oct plp getting it like Ella habibi and others! |

before JAN 27 2012 they stopped
so know 1st quarter of 2012 is finishing up on April 27
in may they will issue new timeline and they will get there new QUOTAS to issue how many visas for second quarter of 2012

Don't worry brother. Its just 12 months since your fiile transfer. You are one of the few luckly ones. Your PPR will come once your BFD comes.

That is correct, they now use the term "Duedate"" for "Bring forward date" in GCMS.
Thanks Danny but I want to make sure that all members are clear about the new BFD because there are many DUE DATEs mentioned in GCMS, you will find the dates under ELIGIBILITY, ADMISSIBILITIES, CRIMINALITY, MEDICAL, and even under CORRESPONDENCE. These due dates DO NOT mean BFD. The DUE DATE that really means BFD is under APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT. If you do not have a due date under APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT section, it means your file has not been given a BFD yet. This does not mean your file will not be opened for processing, your file will be opened and they will look at the file for initial review and for the final review and if everything is in order and they are satisfied they will at that time give it a DUE DATE or BFD and the file will be placed in queue for the decision-making officer. This is what I have understood. I hope this will help people understand the GCMS notes in future. |

i'm tired of waiting already, still a loong waay to go. outa frustration i bought a car; finished 180 episodes of Bleach; Prestige 9 times in ModernWarfare3 ... What episode of Bleach are you watching nowadays?
Also can you let me know when i should apply for CAIPS/GCSM notes. Sent additional proof(chat log,emails etc..) at the end of FEB,2012. File transfered August 2011.

Hey Yasir, I know the feeling this wait seems to last for ever. What kinda car did you buy out of frustration lol! Your lucky you still have lot of Bleach you can watch when ever you want, I have seen all the 366 episodes and now waiting for them to re-continue the series again. Ordering GCMS notes (yours will not be CAIPS) does not effect your file, so if you wanna check that they got all the stuff you sent them and they added the info to your file, you can order it right now. Many people found out later that visa office never added the proofs to their file and they had to resend them all the documents, and they lost sometime in that. I would order it right now. PS, if you want another good manga you should watch Naruto and after Naurto Shippuden, I like it better than Bleach, but Bleach is kicka$$ too! |
