but unfortunately i received the medical examination letter on March 19, 2012

i got a question fregarding GCMS notes. I want to know if they forgot sending out the Re-medical letter for my wife. I suspect they didn't send the letter and forgot about it.

This is what I have in the GCMS Notes:

This shows that there was no outgoing correspondence to my wife. Its just showing what the officer asked the admin staff to generate the report.

thats nice congrtsss ,, but i ve a question ,according to ur time line your remed ws done in june 2011,, n now aftr 9 months they snd PPR. is it normal? i mean y it took such a long time??

yeah i got a letter in-spite of PPR in Oct 2011 that send us the walima and rukhsati pics. I replied them back in Nov 2011 after that i got PPR today. it just delayed cuz of this requirement as i have already sent them pictures when submitting application in May 2010 but still they asked again for the pics. anyways now things are clear n waiting time is less now.

Status: Generate here it should say Sent. It seems a misstep between different people who are working on the file. Now I think you just have to make sure you point out this error to them so they can send out the med document instead of simply generating them.

So you do agree that they forgot to send the letter, even though on the notes section it says "MEDS letter sent to FN through TCS" ?? Technically the correspondence section should say: staus: SENT and also Sent by and Sent date should have the date and the courier name beside them, correct ?

You are welcome, happy to help. Looking at my GCMS notes, the Status says Sent and there is Code of the agent in front of Sent By and also the Sent Date is listed. But I dont see courier name mentioned anywhere.

Yeah, there is nothing infront of Sent date and Sent by. It means they didn't really send it and forgot about sending it. Oh man, these guys can't even do their work properly.. SLACKERS

Yes it seems it was only GENERATED and not SENT. And the fact that you never got it, proves the fact that it was never sent out. MAB had similar issue maybe you can ask her how was she finally able to get the missing med docs.

Yeah.. I already sent her a PM. Once she replies, I will find out what exactly is the reason.

My wife knows someone who works in the TCS headoffice and he assured that nothing was sent out in your name from CHC-Islamabad through TCS in the month of Feburary and March. This also supports that they forgot to send out the request.

It makes the 3 of us who were supposed to get Re-medical letters but CHC-Islamabad forgot to send it. EFF these guys, cuz of their lazy habbits and mistakes we are suffering

2.5 months ke baad unko yad aya k letter tou un ke pass he para hai, phr scan kr ke email kia and 2nd letter
re-medical letter us men bhi 47 days laga die phr jakr kahn second copy bheji
