ok bhai heres my time line: file transfer:17 aug 2010 supplementary forms,proof request:11 sep 2010 re PCC along with proof of financial support : 20 DEC 2011 re pcc and financial support forms were submitted :30 dec 2011 remed: waiting  PPR: waiting:( with police request they said they are going to finalize my case.. but i ve not received remed yet,, according to CAIPS everything is ok,marriage is also genuine,n they snt remed+ppr on 20th of feb,which i never received,,i just wanted to know what should i do now?As they are not replying my mails.. my husband is trying to approach MP there.is it the rite choice? t.a we filed the case same day .........I am waiting for medical n PPR as well .......... talked to mp ...........she said that u file is in queue for review ...... and u will get medical call soon ......... |

Does anyone know IF you get a Visitors Visa for your spouse ... does it delay your process for sponsorship?
I think man u should go for visitors visa ........... it delays but till it delays u can at least live together ........... but on visitors visa jus remember you have to have medicals coverage for ur spouse otherwise it will cost tons ......in worst cases |

Passport Req..: 21st july 2012 ! Allah ka shukar !
VISA ISSUED...: 11 aug 2012 mashalla see

CIC wants to falls all case under new law which will be effective from April 9, 2012 ...
Next Week inshaAllah be prepared to have bulk of good news InshAllah.

Hey All I have a good news to share. I got PPR today through TCS an they asked mr to send back Passport along with two passport size pics with in 15 days. Kindly guide me regarding the procedure of sending passport, like which courier service I should use etc. Thanks May God give such good news to all those who are waiting to live with their love ones.
