can anyone tell me how to order for CAIPS notes...
and also that after submitting the Re-Pcc and supporting docs,how much time will they take for sending Re-med request and PPR??
its been 20 days since i have submitted Re-pcc and additional forms.
timeline is Nov,2010..

This is how a sponsor can apply CAIPS and GCMS. The sponsor has to fill and send these two forms, 1 - Form name IMM5475E http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf2 - Form name IMM5563E http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdfYou have to make the payment of $5 before you send the form, and get the receipt number and add the copy of the receipt as the proof of the payment with your application. Below is the link to make the online payment. I just got a call from chc-I ...The girl on the phone asking abt me and my son's medical whether have we received it or not I said we have received it and got done with it on march 5 and sent the receipt to u on march 6 don't know y were they asking this ?Means they hvn't received the results yet!!

Guys, I got my GCMS notes today and after going over them a couple of times, I am even more frustrated and pissed off now   The VO believes that the relationship is genuine and issued Re-med on 13th Feb. He waived the supp forms and Re-PCC request as I sent them a PCC voluntraily last summer. According to the notes, they sent out the Re-medical letter on the 18th FEB by TCS. Also, it mentions that PHEP letter is ready to be issued. Don't know if they sent it out with Re-medical or waiting for the Re-medical results to be updated. I emailed them this morning again regarding the Re-medical letter and asked them to send it again. I don't know what the hell is going on now with CHC-I local staff who is so inefficient that they can't even send the request letters properly. OR if its TCS that screwed up We need your prayers everyone. InshaALLAH I hope and pray that u get it soon!!first u 'll receive a call from them i think! |
