Adil, thanks for your reply. So you got the TRV, congrats mate. I am just surious to know if once you get TRV, is it possible to extend the 6-month entry visa so that my spouse can live for a longer duration while file is being processed in Islamabad.
Sha123, i have no idea about the extension, as i went to Canada for 10 days, and then returned back to sri lanka. I think it would be better, that she visits you, then returns back to pakistan and again apply for visit visa(what i will be doing soon inshallah). |

SALAM evryone OMG i dont know how to tell u all how happy i am im crying im shaking my heart beats at 200/kmh    my husband just called and gave me the best gift ever he received passport request it says he have only 15 days to send passport bcz visa es ready to stamp ......... yesterday was my second wedding anniversary i spent the whole day praying to GOD crying to GOD how come i have to spend another anniversary without my hubby BUT THX TO GOD MY DUA AND MY LOVE IS WITH ALL OF U ..... ITS A EXTRAORDINARY FEELING WHEN UR SPOUSE CALL U AND GIVE U THAT AWESOME NEWS OKAY I WILL STOPP NOW MY HANDS ARE STILL SHAKING |

thx once again hi mr ahmed well u can see my time line from my profile i started my husband case from Pakistan Islamabad my file was -transfer on the 4th sep 2010 and i dint hear from them until -October 2011 first letter sent saying nika khat have to be stamp by afghan embassy -January 2012 received refill imm forms plus re police certificate - Feb 2012 request medical -march 2012 received med plus ECAS changed to in process since march 17 2012 and today husband received letter DATED 20 march 2012 request for passport within 15 days visa ready to be issued ..... so Lets c my husband will send it on 30 of march he is in Afghanistan visiting family will leave after tomorrow inshallah congratulations..........
i am new to this forum can u please tell me your time line and how long it take to process your application complete months please....

Guys, I got my GCMS notes today and after going over them a couple of times, I am even more frustrated and pissed off now   The VO believes that the relationship is genuine and issued Re-med on 13th Feb. He waived the supp forms and Re-PCC request as I sent them a PCC voluntraily last summer. According to the notes, they sent out the Re-medical letter on the 18th FEB by TCS. Also, it mentions that PHEP letter is ready to be issued. Don't know if they sent it out with Re-medical or waiting for the Re-medical results to be updated. I emailed them this morning again regarding the Re-medical letter and asked them to send it again. I don't know what the hell is going on now with CHC-I local staff who is so inefficient that they can't even send the request letters properly. OR if its TCS that screwed up We need your prayers everyone. |
