speaking from personal experience, erytime the address disapperared on my ecase...we'd received something from CHC - first time it was PCC req second time it was remed request...m not sayin that everytime address disappears u'll receive something, it cud jsut mean taht they are doing some updates...like for ex if u sent it voluntary docs...maybe they're attachin that info to the file...it cud mean that also...

A.O.A Everybody,
How is everybody doing on the forum.
I just notice this morning on e-case that my wife's address came back and her IN PROCESS stauts changed to DECISION MADE.... After sending the passport on March 16th/2012.
Congrat's ur Passport with visa on its way  . |

Oct 2011, my address did not disappear!!! i have never seen my address on Ecas, it just says application received. |

At the beginning my hubby address was also not there for 5 months ......later after 5 month it got disappear first tym as everybody experienced.............later after 4 months it disappear again N he received a document request since that tym its disappear. |

hmmm almost after 5 months his address did'nt appear, my hubby application transfered in DEC'2010 everybody use to say there address disappear i was worried.....but my hubby address didnt appear till April'2011........N after that may b in Sep'2011 everybody address been disappear.........later in JaN'2012 his address disappear n he received a document request. |

you should send caips note and try to know where is problem |
