Need some super strong advice.

My hubby wants me to apply for TRV. I don't want to. He believes that I just might get it this time. I think otherwise since nothing has changed since I applied last time it was denied. He wants me to apply one more time since he thinks it wont hurt us. I have to apply on Monday. I dont even know what to supporting docs to show em

As you have mentioned above "SINCE NOTHING HAS CHANGED", it is very unlikely that you will get a visa.

I think you should put a request to review the last case or appeal the last case ............. no one can give u an advice unless u tell whats the reason for visit visa rejection ............ there must be a reason that they wrote when they sent ya rejection letter ??

Reason is same.....That I dont have strong ties to my country therefore they believe I wont be going back.

If you want to be happy with your wife deal with her as Islam dictates not as she wants. If she is not obeying you there are always options like divorce.

BUT BEFORE ALL OF THIS YOU MUST ENTER INTO THE RELIGION AS RELIGION WANTS YOU.. OTHERWISE DONT COMPLAIN....

Stupid people working at Afghan Consulate in Toronto Has messed up ma Nikkah Nama, n
now the Afghan Embassy in Karachi is not accepting it and thy want me to make another one
which requires more time,,, ughhhh

i send an email to CHC for a request to extent the time for my husband to send documents
i only asked for a week of extension so i can finish the paper again

everything in this system is stupid n fhajfhjfhafh

Will They delay ma case since i asked for an extension... i explained to them that the Afghan consulate in toronto
messed up my Wakalat Nama.

You should not apply .......... u will create problems for ur self in sponsorship case too .............. if they think ur too much after going there ....... they might prolong ur case too ................

InsaALLAH InsaALLAH ..Mine is expiring in the start of second week of April so think I would have to go for third medical for sure. Further there are no seats to CANADA till the expiry of my medical in any airline except business ones so there would be third medical in my case.
