The worst part is to trace a lost letter, not knowing the content of letter, time being wasted, wondering what will happen when their given timeframe passes and getting no response from CHC-Islamabad regarding this issue

Did you apply on the basis of Nikkah ?? If no then why have you recieved this objection which is same as mine as i applied on the basis of nikkah and update my file after ruksati in the last week of feb which they would hopefully attach sooner or later

I had the whole ceremony including rukhsati... I believe it's just a generic letter to satisfy visa officer that yes there was a rukhsati and since I have pictures of my honeymoon trips that question would be answered beautifully.

That was exactly my question when i get these forms that y again ...so here is the answer which danny bro gave me ..I copy and paste it here for u  

They asked you to fill out these forms in particular as these forms provide your personal information, history, education etc. So they want to look for any updates since you applied and your consistency filling out your personal information etc. Make sure you don't miss out any history or there shouldn't be any gaps. A better idea is to keep a copy of the forms you filled when you filed the application (Hopefully you made a copy of those when you submitted your application) and just add updates to personal history since the time you
