Do anybody know what does it mean if your MP got update from CIC Islamabad that " They are finalizing the background checks " ....I got that 10 days ago but still nothing .....
Secondly is there anyone who can confirm me this newz that I was told that they can issue visa even if there is one week left in the expiry of the medical ?? Mine is expiring in April.
It means they are almost done with ur file. They can issue the visa and INSHAH ALLAH they may call u for PPR. Keep ur fingers crossed and keep praying. Hopefully they wont bother you with re-med. INSHAH ALLAH. Is it a husband or wife case? Dont lose hope. |

Hi MAB - My status in ECAS was stuck on Application Recieved and I've checked online regularly and it didn't change to In Process till this month. I did get a letter stating that the application was Recieved in Islamabad in March last year.
ok it's fine then. I would suggest do not wait for the letter, send everything voluntarily by next week |

Bro I have mentioned many times but people don't understand other's time and keep posting useless stuff all the time Hi Masom, its been few days that I just keep to myself even if I do not agree with something on the forum. But this argument seems to be getting out of hand. I want to explain to you what is exactly the problem people have with your posts, your way of writing is very hard to read. First of all roman Urdu is hard to read in itself and on top that your posts are in bizarre mix of Urdu and English, plus the way you replace pronouns with "u" and all personal pronouns with "me" just sounds retarded (sorry to use this phrase).
Some people gave you advice to just be yourself because you have a style and you sound cute. That problem is that this forum is for people to communicate and give information to each other. This is not a forum to show style or be cute especially when that style hinders communication. I am sure there are plenty of other online forums where you can spend all day posting useless and unreadable posts but please do not waste everyone's time here.
But I am sure you will keep on posting this illegible gibberish so my advice to other members who come here to get useful information on immigration to please ignore your posts like I do.

Hello Everyone, I hope everyone is doing fine Inshallah. I have a question to ask. Some times before I read some where in the CIC.GC.CA that once you bring your wife or hasbund on a visit visa to Canada while their file is in process in CHC or where ever. If God forbid her/his file gets rejected in the Visa office then you cannot apeal his case anymore. I want to know if that is still the case? I would appreciate your answers. Thanks |
