maham noor it looks like you will get PPR soon inshaAllah. when they ask you to pay the right of residence fees that means they want to issue ur visa soon  Not sure that is the case, because my wife in November 2011 received "marriage not genuine" and "marriage not consummated" letter and ten days later they issued a latter asking for the Right of Permanent Residence Fee. Which by the way I have paid in 2010. And since then we have not recieved any thing from them. We have emailed them to check the status and I have also requests CAIPS so we will soon find out where we stand. Also my case in Nikah only case. If they say my file is in queue for interview I will go to Pakistan in September and do the Ruksati ceremony. |

I know, but I am saying in general that is not the case that when ever they ask for the fee it automatically means they are about to issue the visa. |

i tried my best and trust me any one whose confident can answer their answers properly my only tip will b to precise dont explain too much else they will surely find something from it n seceondly once u r asked to provide proof of contact provide them more then its required that helps i was so worried firstly mine is a nikkah only case and secondly my husband never visited me once after our nikkah i was sure of getting objection but alhamdolilah i will be posting my pasport on thursday |

Same case here, its Nikah only case and I never went back to see my wife. And yes we did provide them with lot of stuff. And now me and my wife both are praying a lot. I really have a good feeling that Allah will give us good news soon. Ameen!!! |
