Got this response after 11 days : In response to your email, please be informed that this application is in que for review by an immigration officer. Does this mean that they are done with the initial review ? or someone who replied forgot to write initial ? What does this reply implies... Hi guys ! I have been asking this question since yesterday but not getting a response  How can they start reviewing my application (which is the sec stage i suppose) when they have not even started an initial review on it ? What is happeneing? Is it a typo? My ecas still says APPLICATION RECEIVED .. |

I think they just select one of these options to reply. Even sometimes people get "que in initial review" after getting re-medical request. May be next time they will answer regarding anitial review. I pray your initial review is done and you will get something from them soon. Don't worry regarding ecase status, I have received request to update imm forms and re-medical but my online status still shows "Application received" and nothing more in the detail. Yaar I updated my file on Feb 25, 2012 by sending them additional documents voluntarily, received by Nasir on Feb 27, 2012 .. I hope they have attached the documents by now .. I want the initial review to start after my documents are added to the file... I applied on the basis of nikah last year and had ruksati etc in Jan 2012 and updated my file last month.. What if the initial review is done and the documents are still in the store room ? would they re-request for the same? Do I have to send everything to them again ?

I haven't sent them an e-mail yet. If my wife still doesn't receive a letter by the end of March then I will send them an e-mail. Be patient, e-mailing too much can cost you. |

I have a question guys!
Is there any restriction on travel as soon as you get in to Canada on an immigrant status? In my case when I will get my immigration approved inshAllah, can I come to Pakistan let say after 3 to 4 months or there is a restriction on travel ?

Hi all,
When you go for re-medical do you just have to show the letter sent by CHC-I or they take that letter from you?
They take that letter from u ...there will be ur picture on that letter |
