CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

I have another question if someone could help me?

I haven't visited my wife since the application and obviously if asked for proof for pictures or me visiting her I won't have anything. I do however, have lots of proof in terms of hefty phone bills, skype, e-mails, etc.

Of course the best proof is to go and visit and take lots of pictures to show that our relationship is on going but will it be negatively looked upon if this hasn't happened??

Please note that i applied for PR visa for Canada. My Wife sponsered me in April 2011 and she has been granted as sponser in June 2011. She already received Acknoledge receipt from Missesuga.
Out file got transfered to New Delhi in June 2011 and
In September 2011, It has started processing.

Ecas status was reflecting In Process till last month,

"We received XXXXX XXXXX XXXXX application for permanent residence on June 30, 2011.
We started processing XXXXX XXXXX XXXXXs application on September 28, 2011.
Medical results have been received."


But a month back the status has been changed back to Application Received from In Process and the text remained the same.


CIC requested my Passport in November 2011 and it was sent to them on a very next day.

Could anyone please advice if they have faced this or experts can you please help me.

By the way your file transfered to new delhi? I mean are u from India? These are Islamabad applicants here and theres a great difference for the two in PR applications. Husbands from Pak who are sponsored are not getting any leter or requests like things as early as u got   even wives also

Keeping this in mind i am also starting a new week with new HOPE.

I am still waiting for a medical re-examination letter originally issued February 1, 2012. Numerous attempts to contact CHC Islamabad failed to garner a response.  
But i am still hoping for a good news this week, Please Allah!

i been silent reader on this forum for long time now.but today i need some help from u guys.i just got mail from cic islamabad and they asking me send evidence of contact and recent communication with ur spouse since the submission of the application.
but i already send them copy of mails , telephone bills, Skype logos, emails, etc etc etc...
But now they asking me to send it again..should i send them all those mails , Skype logo's bills , again? Or  just send them few months?
please help me.. i am really confused should i send them all proof gain OR just send them recent one?

1 - ORIGINAL POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE
2- SUPPLEMENTARY INFO FORM - PAKISTAN
3-  ORIGINAL MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
4 - EVIDENCE OF MORE PROOF
5 - PHOTO GRAPHS
6 - SPOUSE VISITING PROOFS
7 - DETAIL OF DATE WHEN U AND YOUR SPOUSE LIVED TOGETHER
8 - PAYMENT OF PR -RESIDENCE FEE



They just ask me about one form ... " SUPPLEMENTARY INFO FORM - PAKISTAN "

recent ones and as much of above as u can, money transfer receipts, gift rceipts, are other ideas for u

Inquiry - my husband only sent in one police clearance with our application form, frm where he lives currently but he lived in 3 different cities since he was 18 (each stay exceeding a 1 year period). Should we get the clearances frm the other locations as well and send them in? Or wait for when they ask for them, since our file is currently in process??

Also, my online status changed to inprocess about 2 wks ago, but we havnt received anything yet? How long till we should excpet to receive anything??

pehle bhejte sab to acha tha, ab agar wo mangein tab send karna. In process ko to acha sign samjho, and police certificate send klye uunhone jitna time likha tha uutne working days k end pe expect correspondence from them... And hamein to ye pata hai k jitne addresses pe ap rahay hon for more than 6 mnths uunke bhi PCC do tab kaam acha hai as required by them. My wife send PCC of two addresses (before and after marrige) within the same city and we got PPR in 45 working days as the time was given by them, matlab problems avoid karne ki sochni chaiye (my opinion) this saves us from unecessary delays. AOA MAB, You are right about me visiting her. (I have requested CAIPS three weeks ago) So we will find out soon if she is in interview queue, and if she is I will go see her in September. And then we will send them updated info/pics etc about our Ruksati.
She is frustrated and worried like all of us, few days ago I asked her and she said she has not run out of patience yet. So hopefully she will be here before she runs out of it .

I hope she comes to you soon!
