Need Help ! I need to Change the Mailing address of my sponsored spouse in Pakistan. What is the Best Guideline to act on it and does it affects the Tempo of Case?

mail or fax a signed letter having file number name dob and new address i mailed islamabad through tcs n it was done fine

Hi. Either of You fax them updating his/her address in Pak. We also did first by an e-mail, then they replied us to fax them that details... and so it worked and our address and phone no.s were updated soon. Dont forget to mention applicant's Name, D.O.B and imm file #, you must know. Regards.

I am looking for (approximatel time ) how long it will take once immigration officer open the spouse application until finish processing (6 months ??). I am looking for average time. I know the ISB processing time is 26 months now which includes all the cases with interviews/detail background check.

Here what I have done so far and no luck yet

I applied for my wife TRV and they rejected with reason “she will not come back”.
I talked with local MP assistant and she was not helpful. I was surprised to hear that they didn't let me meet MP.

I am not going to vote for Conservative...

Average time, from file transfer to PPR seems to be 16-18 months in wives cases.....acc to my observation from this forum.

Nobody was picking the phone at second doctor's clinic
therefore i took the appointment with doctor wakil
but the lady who picked the phone confused me by saying bring canadian embassy address

nahin...lady ne aap se address nahin Embassy letter lanay ka kaha hoga...nothing to confuse IT IS "APPENDIX C" FOR FIRST TIME MEDICAL AND "SECTION A" FOR 2ND MEDICAL.

Im not sure. On our letter there was a list of two doctors in Karachi who conduct the medical tests. The letter stated that the results would be dispatched to Delhi for analysis and clearance and the certificate would be sent to Islamabad. I dont see the need for that because there are capable enough doctors in Pakistan. But since it wasnt economical for my husband to fly to Karachi and wait for an appointment, I asked my consultant and she said he can get it done in Riyadh. There were four doctors in Riyadh and the one he went to said he can walk-in without an appointment, get his tests done and thats it. The technician said the results would be mailed to Delhi the same day. So maybe its because youre closer to the Ottawa office and its easier for them to mail it to Ottawa rather than New Delhi? Thats just my understanding. Anyone else is more than welcome to share their thoughts.

It is not about that there are capable doctrs in pak., but baat ye hai k New Delhi mai tests and results jatay hain isliye k New Delhi mai whole South Asia k canadian imm applicants ki medical assesment ka regional center hai, the findings and lab test etc which come from different countries of South Asia...to inko CHC ki medical authority Ok karti hai ya nahin...thts thts Y

Hi,
when i called the doctor to take an appointment, the lady told me to bring all this this required documents plus she even told me to bring the embassy address of canada, i said the meds will go to Delhi and to Isl, but she said that the medical will first be sen to Canada from there it goes to Delhi and then Isl, she said tell your husband to provide you the address of the embassy there.
i am confused
does she mean to bring this address:

Whats that bull*censored word* from anyone who told u over the fone, because there is nthng like this, my wife underwent med exam twice and the last time it was in Jan'12.... from same Abdul Wakil's clinic...and read my above post...theres is nth like that they ask of embassy address, they ask for embassy letter and secondly.. results goto New Delhi within a week (not to canada) and then to Isb....which u have nthng to do with. Regards

haan bilkuul 12 k badd bhi intezar karo... meri wife ko ek letter 1:30 k badd aya tha via tcs

okay are u both afghan and who did the nika khat im soo confuse these applies to afghan only so if u are afghan and u got married in india then u should have stamp ur nika kaht by an afghan embassy in indian if u dint then NOW u  have to do a wakalat nama anyways i inbox u  

what the hell. 
My marriage took place in india so they will tell me to get a wakalat nama from here.
  they are maybe asking for nika khat's that are not in english. 
do u no the reason why they are doing this?
