Hello guys! H r u finally i am registered but dear kindly guide me how can i make my time line.
My Spouse Sponsor me from canada at CHC Islamabad
Visa Office :     Islamabad
App File  :        Sept,28 2009
File Transfer :   October 24, 2009

I don't know why my case is so delay becuase i read the post of 28 Feb, 2012 alot of people got the visa which they apply at August and  October, 2010.
I got the letter for re medical at 26 Dec,2011 and i done my medical at Jan 10, 2012
Now i am still waiting

CHC process all cases in different way that we cannot understand. One friend received a letter all the way from Islamabad for his wife to fill up all the required forms and usual supporting stuff and same letter his wife received in Pakistan.
I don't know why they had to send same letter to him in Canada too

nice! u have communication proof for everyday.... this should be enough....because they just want to know if u guys communicate..deosnt matter its via phone..skype..or text messaging
i m so worried because i dont have communication proof.... we talk once after a week or 2 and i dont know how i will provide them with communication proofs.....

I have a question dear. When ur hubby got his meds done in Saudia Arabia...did the doc send the results to Delhi himself or it went somewhere else and then directed to delhi?

Am I making sense? What I am asking is does meds done in saudia go directly to delhi  like ones done in pakistan and afghan and india .

See , I am having my med done in US and the doc will send the results to Ottawa and then somehow they will go to Islamabad. I dont know if thy will go to Delhi at all.

Im not sure. On our letter there was a list of two doctors in Karachi who conduct the medical tests. The letter stated that the results would be dispatched to Delhi for analysis and clearance and the certificate would be sent to Islamabad. I dont see the need for that because there are capable enough doctors in Pakistan. But since it wasnt economical for my husband to fly to Karachi and wait for an appointment, I asked my consultant and she said he can get it done in Riyadh. There were four doctors in Riyadh and the one he went to said he can walk-in without an appointment, get his tests done and thats it. The technician said the results would be mailed to Delhi the same day. So maybe its because youre closer to the Ottawa office and its easier for them to mail it to Ottawa rather than New Delhi? Thats just my understanding. Anyone else is more than welcome to share their thoughts.

Do you have him added on facebook? My husband and I communicate more on facebook than emails. I just printed like 30 pages of wall-to-wall posts and the comments that people left on our profile pictures.

i have a news to share
i just received a call from CHC-I to reconfirm my address
he said we sent you the letter via tcs on 1st feb which you haven't received so we doubt there is a problem with your address,
but the the address was correct, anyways he asked me to provide another address where they can send letter again so i provided them my mum's address, then he said we'll send you the letter again on monday which hopefully you'll receive on tuesday or wednesday and even he said he will call me again on wednesday to confirm whether i receive the letter or not.

this phone call has relaxed me a bit
i was very worried, now waiting for tues/Wed anxiously
hope to receive it this time without any problem
pray for me guys!


so i guess this disappearing and re-appearing of address really works
after 3 days my address reappeared again and i got a call from embassy.

I hope senior members can answer me.

I am looking for (approximatel time ) how long it will take once immigration officer open the spouse application until finish processing (6 months ??). I am looking for average time. I know the ISB processing time is 26 months now which includes all the cases with interviews/detail background check.

Here what I have done so far and no luck yet

I applied for my wife TRV and they rejected with reason “she will not come back”.
I talked with local MP assistant and she was not helpful. I was surprised to hear that they didn't let me meet MP.

I am not going to vote for Conservative...
