hi guys i got re imm forms and they asked me some additional documents
i got IMM 0008 2D
IMM 5406E
IMM 5669E
Pakistani National form
and re pcc
again wedding pic
and the one more thing
you and sponsor bank statments showing funds available of both settling on canada
now what the hell is this i do't have money so it means they can refuse my case
any idea guys

This is the first time I am seeing this bank statement request as far as spousal sponsorship cases are concerned. There could be a couple of reasons behind it. Either your spouse was on EI OR a Student when you filed the application. The best thing to do is to ask your spouse to send her/his bank statements and if he/she is living with his parents, then mention in a cover letter that his/her parents would support both of you financially untill you find a job there, and attach their bank statements if possible to make your support stronger. |

ask her to borrow/transfer funds from Line of credit to Savings account and prepare a balance statement on Bank's letter head |

Allah ka shukar hai today my husband got his pp back with visa. he sent his pp with remedical on jan 25 they received on jan 26 and we got it back on feb 28.

yeah you are right when we submitted this application my wife had no job but after 2 month she got a job in school but she still short of money cuz because she rented an apartment next to her family apartment so now my brother is going to support me and we are going to put some document of that and my brother bank statements does that work for us |

Hello. Allaha ka lakh lakh shukar hi-my husband got his paasport back with visa via tcs today. we sent our passport on Feb 15-they recievd on feb 16. thats great! congratulationsssss!!!! so happy for u resham sis |

Are you currently employed? Were you employed when you applied? Did you provide job letter when you first applied? Just thinking why they would be asking for bank statements. |
