Results for speaking truth!! I applied for my wife sponsorship and after 6 months left Canada. Now we are living in South Africa, We have resident visa stamped on our passport. CHC has asked for Re imm forms, PCC and copies of my passport, proof of in income and residence in Canada. If I will hide this, they will put me in more trouble. What will happen if i tell them truth tell them what they will do ? We do have plan to come back after her approval but to get this approval we have to hide a lot and if get caught results are denial  Share your feed back! why you didnt declared to chc about your resident visa of S.Africa? |

Declare ur income in SA and file taxes in Canada and pay tax to Canadian government on the money u made in SA , plus let them know that this was a temp move and you are coming back to Canada as that is where u will be living permanently. also attach ur 2011 tax return ............ and you got this offer from Canada ............ they would not say anything and will process ur case ....... as normal ............. |

happyface husband case takes more longer than wife case so i think you need to be patient till you hear something from chc Inshallah soon you will hear from them just do dua as much as you can
Thanks for the nice advice. How long more do I have to wait. It has been 13 months and I haven't recieved a thing from them. I am sick and depresssssed.I feel like killing myself. I pray 24/7 |

If you are a permanant resident of Canada (not a citizen), unfortunately you have to kiss a good bye to your sponsorship unless you afford to return to Canada right away and send them proof of your entry to Canada ...... I wont suggest that you hide coz if they find it which they may then it will be much more copmplicated than filing a new application later |

hi everyone!
I sponsored my wife, who is in Pakistan in july, 2011, but sponsorship was rejected and they send the file to the local office islamabad.
I used to check the status by my wife immigration file number.
the status was "we have received your pr application on xx, september, 2011"
last night i checked it again, there was "the decision has been made on your application, the office will contact you concerning this decision" I'm sure about the decision which will be rejected.
My question is that how long office will take to contact with my wife? they will call? send letter? or send the file back to her? so that i could be able to file appeal.
Please be kind and let me know if somebody knows about that, i will be very thankful to all of you.

Hey im in the same boat as u, n i feel depressed n suicide is in ma mind 24/7 Everyone says put trust in ALLAH (SWT) which is true Allah Swt is Merciful insha'allah we will hear good news. Ameen n I too daily pray nad read the Quran e pak. Its up to Allah (swt) wat He has planned for us. Soon Insha'allah we will hear good news. Ameen |

First of all why would the case be rejected. secondly they would inform the sponsor and you have the right to appeal. they don't have to inform the sponsored person, unless you have withdrawn the sponsorship. hi everyone!
