The sponsor can apply through email but the sponsored person need to fill out one of the forms. |

Anyone know about Re-medical/ PPR fees as well as mail (TCS) fees... Is it necessary to pay fees to CHC-ISL? if yes, please tell me how much it would be charged and also tell me more explain...

What is your timeline?
My file was recieved in Isl in July 2010... I got my re-med and pending marriage consumation in May 2011... We sent ruksati pics etc by July-Aug 2011... Then finally got passport request dated 9 Feb 2011... Was in USA so came back with the PP and submitted the same on 22 Feb and now counting days |

proof of sufficient funds in Canada? do they ask for bank statements? i never heard that they require proof of fundssssssss
i know, i was surprised as well...i took a prinout of the online summary of my bank accounts in RBC and TD...i didnt give them monthly bank statements, just the online summary... just proves that CHC can ask for "anything"~! :S |

I would suggest that you should call Immigration Canada 1-888-242-2100 if you are in states and if you are unable to call toll free then let me know I can call and find out that if someone can get remedical done in states for immigration purpose while not in Pakistan at the moment. It may be be ok but it is always better to be safe than sorry.

IMM5475 needs to be filled out by the person who is being sponsored. IMM5563 needs to be filled out by the sponsor. |
