Hi again!
My wife also received letter and they have asked for 6 months paystup, bank statements, tax information, proof of residence in canada, copies of complete passports. I will really appreciate everyone's feed back who has reeceived similar requests and now passport request.
My questions are
I can provide them only Paystubs, NOA (Tax), Lease agreement but not (utility bill and Bank statements)
(Unfortunilty I dont have them because I lived on and off inside canada so couldnt maintain it but do met residency requirements of sponsorhip)
I cant also show them my full passport because have other resident visa stamped?
What options I have and how should I manage this without getting into trouble.
Do we have to send everything as they said or I can provide them explaination.
How it will affect our application I cant provide them 100% and only provide them 75%
All experts are request to advice and Incase I have to hire attorney who is the most economical and expert.

You have to send to fill and send two forms, 1 - Form name IMM5475E http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf2 - Form name IMM5563E http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdfI could not find the credit card payment form any where. So I guess we have no choice but to send the $5 payment by cheque, Make the cheque payable to the "Receiver General for Canada" And send them to: Access to Information and Privacy Coordinator 360 Laurier Avenue West, Office NAR B1036 Ottawa , Ontario K1A 1L1 I hope this helps, S_design |

First let me just say that no one is really an "expert" here, we all just speak by our experiences. Looking at your post it seems like your situation is complicated to say the least. You can wait and for advice from more experienced members on the forum and I am sure they will be happy to help too. But my advice would be to consult an immigration lawyer, especially someone with experience with immigration from Pakistan. If you like to know about immigration lawyers, I suggest you let people know in which city you are in. But your requirement about the lawyer to be most economical and expert, I think these qualities are mutually exclusive. S_design |

My advise to you better contact to Immigration lawyer in Canada rather than asking here because here no one is Immigration lawyer and nor professionals and your circumstances seems different than other cases. Once CHC requested particular documents you need to provide what they asked for, better contact Professional advice from a lawyer and if you need lawyer detail i can provide you thanks. |

Well i usually donot post on this forum due to some certain reason but when i saw ur question i feel like to answer it, thats mean decision maker asked to send you a passport request and close the file and put next BFD, now local staff send you a passport request and on next BFD when they open ur file and found your passport than hopefully they will stamp visa. todya i did send them again email for know my current status but they not send me back reply ,, wihch is auto response......  ?? last time when i did send them email they told me in jan,2012 that you file is in queue for review for an immigration officer, and my adress disappeared in 20th jan,2012. but still no good news from visa office i am not undestand why are they not senind auto response mean they got my email. ?? any one can share me what is problem over there ?? |

my first was transffered in feb 2011 and now they are working on it feb 2012. how long more should i expect them to work on it and get a response?
also is there anyone who got their visa within 15 months if file was transffered in feb 2011?
Yes, my file started being in process since feb 15. and i got med n PPR feb 22. You should In Shaa Allah get sum good news too! Ameen! |

Please note that I have sponsored my wife and she is in Pakistan. Now the question is, does she has to order the CIAPS? I mean does she has to file an application for CIAPS? Or can I send an application myself and ask for her immigration status?
Please advise.
