i am so lost wen i read most of the stuff people write here....

All I have done is wen i send the package of ma case
which included:
 - Original Nikah Nama
 - A copy of it too lol
 - Medical examination
 - Copy of Passport
 - Tazkra (afghani passport) in english form
 - letter from Work place
 - Pictures of Engagement
    - Wedding
    - Henna Night
    - Places visit in Karachi
    - Relative houses
 (any pics takin wit family or jus us on dates)
    -Copy of Receipts of gifts send/ received
     - Cards send to me for birthday/valentine etx...
Ma package was soo big lol.... wit so much stuff into it.... n

This time wen i went to karachi
 - i send over 60 pictures from
- wedding anniversary
-husbands birthday
- eid
- parks
-family gathering
- malls n sooo much other places.....
- copy of passpor
-copy of ticket
-copy of extended visa (to stay longer for second eid)

n much more ....

N im still confused if im doing it right or wrong...
wen i see people sayin thing like insurance.. i gettin even more confused lmao

anyone tell me have i done it right or wrong n wat more can i do???

rabiriz, aam toor par ye daikha gya hai k jis din adress reappear hota hai us din wo passport back send kartay hain , ap apna case check karo k in process ke jagah dcision made likha agya hai to its mean visa stamp ho chuka hai, mine also disappeared adress since tuesday but m waitng for passport request

Yes, I tried to do so but my company doesnt let me add him under health and dental benefits until or unless he enters Canada..thats their policy.
I was talking about life insurance because I can designate him my beneficiary.....
One more thing...If I am not able to submit something like money transfer receipts etc so should I explain why or should I just leave it? I know it's a v stupid question but I am v confused because I don't have enough proofs and ppl r submitting lots of proofs

Just let them know that your husband is supporting himself as he works there and ask your husband to keep a Job Letter ready and also a Bank Statement which proves that he receives income in that account from an employer.

Make sure you build up enough phone records, a joint account in Pakistan, enough pics together (60 is enough, with date on it and captions at the back), send gifts through tcs sentiments or tohfay and you will build record. Boarding passes and tickets and passport stamp etc. Then you are good.

Even if you don't have enough e-mail, that's fine. Pics are the main thing. They tell everything. Body language.

For pre-paid phone records can be pulled out upon request.

Dear All- My wife applied for my spousal visa in August 2011 and it was transferred to CIC ISL in OCT 2011. Currently i am working in Srilanka since last 2 years. I just wanted to ask, is it possible if i can get my file transferred to CIC Sri lanka, as application processing times in srilanka is 11 months.

If yes, what is the procedure?

to date my ecas says that application received for permanent residency. So they might not have touched my file yet.

i was on rogers 3 plan so since they are expensive i called up fido and i have 2 years left on plan so buy me out and they told me ill have to pay 100$ transfer fee to rogers

so know i am stuck with fido 2 year contract and rogers want me to pay 500$$ (2 year contract cancellation fee)

starting yesterday they cut my cable for outstanding fee i guess next is my internet

rogers own fido so trying to make double profit (DOUBLE RIP OFF)

To sending more proofs doesnt mean chc process every case in same time if its happend to someone doesnt mean they treated all of us same, you cant predict chc or judge them, they have specific way to process our files, All we can do is to do our best but at the end of the day its all upon our luck....

are you serious...they need love letters?  i have spoke with him and told him everything but still 
we dont have any love letter kinda email in fact no email at all and no money transfer receipt because none of us need financial support and yeah no gift receipt from his side 
what about insurance papers like if i make him beneficiary and then send them a copy of Designation of Beneficiary form would that work?

So ur saying ur husband does not financially support u (and i dun mean that in a nosy way i mean that in "legit marriage" in the eyes of ur immigration officer...)
Insurance papers sounds like ur last option to even provide them with anything. DO IT

Ur fine....u did the right thing now just make sure u dun send anything once ur file is "in process" and better find that in ur caips u dun want them to go in reverse mode to review things u send wen everything was fine at thr end wit ur file- cuz in my case my status didnt evne change to in process and i got responded.
