I know one of mine close friends file was transferred on January 13, 2011. He also received the first letter. looks like chc will start 2011 cases in march
its just people have stopped posting on the forum

Good to hear that they picked up your file, is your address still disappeard or did it return shortly after, I assume they are asking your post marriage pictures with family and friends

received remedical request from chc i....its been 16 months since i have applied for my wife's sponsorship...and this is the first letter i recieved from them...but i am kinda confused here how come they didnt ask me for repcc and imm forms...which has been the most frequent case throughtout with most of the people who have already applied....and whats coming next for me...
Also whats the validity of visa after its been stamped to the passport....

Congrats ... It is possible that they mailed you the first request but u didn't get it. Have you sent any emails to them in the past 2-3 months ? |

I see.. As long as you have them, you don't need to worry. You said your friend got a first request and his file transfer was January 13th. When did your friend get the request in the mail and is it a wife or a husband case ? |

That is generic option on their letter regarding pictures, post marriage, after marriage, Rukhsati, and Nikkah pictures with names. So even if they need only single thing from mentioned above they check mark this option. They must have a reason for asking to send more pic with names. 2 of my friends had to send them again. Do they misplace everyone's pic ? I don't think so |

My wife received a first letter from CHC today. As I have previously posted that I have my area's postman phone number, so I called him at the beginning of February, and he was on 3 weeks' vacation. He returned back to work on February, 20th and delivered the letter. Letter issued date is February, 01, so we received that letter 20 days late just because of the postman's vacation, and now we have only 10 days to send everything since letter states that we have to send them the documents within 30 days.
I would suggest check with your postman close to your expecting timeline because I guess post offices in Pakistan do not have any backup to distribute the mail incase of regular postman's absence..
My file was transferred on December 2, 2010, and they ask to send them some pictures, PCC and re-filled forms.

A.O.A everybody,
Today my wife received a letter from New delhi India for another X-Ray to be done with a 90 days deadline. We went to the doctor and did the x-ray he said he will send the X-Ray. Now should we ask anything with the doctor? Receipt, Tracking number do i need to send it to islamabad.
And the last question is how long more it will take for islamabad to send us the PPR now. This is something different.
A reply will be really helpfull.
