hello everyone!!.. Today Allahmdulillah my hubby received his passport with visa stamped ... n he booked his seat for 21st Feb... Allah ka shukar hai that this day finally arrived... Thankkkss danny bro, BestPlace4u, sawera, lonywithout hubby, masoom and many other people who i have talked to during this period of my life... it was really nice knowing all of u guys.. u guy were a great help and support for me... i gained alot of knowledge from this forum and i think its a really good source if you r sponsoring your love one...  i m ssooo happy and extremely excited..i cant explain my feelings!!!  i m on the top of the worllldd!!! someone send me a personal message which I would like to ask the expert before replying. here is his message.
I would like to know your opinion before writing anything.
Message,
I was working in Canada since last week and got laid off, my wife and daughther case is in process in CIC Islamabad, i will be on EI (Employment Isurance) from next week, does this effect to my wife immigration case?
Other thing if i come to Pakistan for couple of month and then return with my wife did they ask any question about my job in my return time?
Please advice.

If a sponsor person is laid off n on EI it will not gona effect the case.......Secondly if he on EI n if he wanna travel his EI will gona get cancel. |

The only thing you need to do is "DONT WORRY" my address shows incorrectly on E case and I ordered CAIPS notes and it was correct on the electronic file, did you address also disappear lately? |

i am not sure but i think probably he will need a US transit visa for that maybe i am wrong but thats what i heard and boarding at every airport
It depends on the lenght of stay, if it exceeds certain limit only then you need a transit visa, check with the travel agent instead |

If he is not going to go out of the transit lounge then he may not need visa otherwise if he has to go through immigration then it could be a problem because how would they allow anyone to come out of the airport without the visa. he should have asked those things to travel agent too where he purchased the ticket. also when he travel from pakistan they may ask for u.s visa too. hey guys... quick question... my hubby booked a seat for 21st feb... and his flight is to karachi to abu dhabi to new york and then to toronto... my question is that he can travel on his spousal visa ? like hes not gonna have any problems on new york airport.. cuz he has to re- do the boarding there... help pplzz |
