Thats not correct at all as far as I know. Add 14 months from the date of your file transfer, thats when they will do the initial review on your file. November and December 2010 file transfers are now getting the first request which means that they are doing initial reviews after 14 months. |

I only found the pdfs online and the pdfs say I have to mail them to the Ottawa address with a cheque along with a signed consent letter... Dint know there was an online option.

Just shrink it in printing option and you can get it printed on A4 or letter size otherwise as Danny said, sending online is better option. Man! Now I need a legal size paper, what a pain in the butt. Why couldn't they make the form letter size like normal people.
