i dont know, see saroo husband's got PPR and my case started on same date as saroo 14th nov 2009 and still no remedical.. :S
bcoz saroo was continusely send her information about his realtionship with his spouse thats why she won b4 but we will be win inshallah soon |

as far as information about relationship concern I have sent them bundles of details (proof).. if they doubt about relationship then they definatly asked for proof which they didnt ask for.. |

This wait is longer than I thought it would be. My advise to all newbies here is to learn french, learn guitar, become a chessmaster, do a degree or course , give GRE or GMAT while your waiting. Utilize this time to your advantage. Visa will come when it will come. Waiting causes frustration.

Hi All,
My wife just got a letter from CHC ISB asking to refill some of the forms like Background declaration, Application for PR, Additional family info and Supplementary info. Is this normal? I have read that someone else also received a similar letter, so is this an indication that our case is going to be approved soon (InshaAllah)?
Is there a need for us to send other things like latest phone records, cards and gift receipts etc.?
Sorry for being a question mark but I would really appreciate some help.

Hi guys,
I read all the comments and believe me soon you will hear something good. I know the whole process by heart now. When they ask you to fill out these forms, that means you are not too far from the decision making officer's file. After you fill out these forms then your file will go into the decision making officer's line and that be it. So far Mariah i think may be another month or so if she hasn't send those papers in. My case was also very strong because i gave birth to my daughter as well so they could not say my marriage is not genuine. But guys believe me i haven't seen my husband since sept 2009 and my husband didn't even see his daughter.
Everyone keep your hopes high and don't loose faith in Allah. He is the only one who will help us.
Rest is all good. I will keep intouch with you guys forsure unless i started to work, I am looking for a job right now and waiting for my husband to come. Once again i truly and honestly wish everyone a very good luck and may allah listen to your dua's and don't loose hope.
