this is the reply i got in december....n then i got the requested formmmss in feb....so background checks r over yet or not??

mariah i got this reply today "Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review by an immigration officer. Requested document was received on 01 03 Feb 2011." they have mentioned the wrong date aswell, well my wife is here i asked her to call Embassy tomorrow and talk to them directly, might be that would help... |

yup they requested for supplementary form, imm008 form, updated PCC in nov 2010 which I have sent them with in a week, after that on 22nd december 2010 they asked me for original nikkah nama which I have sent them in january 2011, after that no letter from them, day before yesterday I have emailed them and got reply today... I think it will take time as they didnt asked for remedical now.. after remedical they will take again 2 - 3 months for PRR. I dont know what to do.. anyways! |

initial review is when they v ur file for the first time n then conduct background checks.....

i dont know, see saroo husband's got PPR and my case started on same date as saroo 14th nov 2009 and still no remedical.. :S |
