I believe it is always better to send the proof as you have it available and it makes perfect sense that you don't want a judge to make up his mind against you and the time of the judgement is announced then you start to provide the proof. So why not to give the proof as it would make the case stronger. for example even the fraud marriages could have full wedding to show but may not be able to show all the other proof for example honeymoon or gifts or sending money to wife or going back to Pakistan to see her again etc. and once the visa officer believes that the person have not gone back once to see his or her spouse for the whole year either, then this case may be taken for interview (the interview date alone takes about a year or more to follow) as it does not provide any further documentation which would show the marriage is genuine.

ok if this is your opinion so that is my opinion aur wo log aisae tou interview ka nhi keh daite phle wo proofs mangte hai & if sme1 already send there proofs tab b unko believe nhi hota k his or her marriage is genuine or not aur unko b dal daite hai maine ye nhi kaha k ap proofs na bhejo jab wp kahe tou b hum bhej sakte hai |

you are right masoon dnt send proofs untill they asked for it from you, better,, we shouldnt be much efficient because it raise doubts for them |

when you live in Canada and you dont let them know you are leaving Canada then you have deportation order issued against you then when you want to return to canada then you need athrization to return to canada arc |

Are you sure your file was transferred in march 2010  Than ur are very lucky I guess cuz case involving ARC takes around 2.5 years or so Have you paid your PR fees late ?? Cuz if that is a case than 3 months of time for return of passport is very normal |
