Hello
I have applied in August 2010; AOR Oct 2010. Its Nikkah only case. I got remedical in Nov and further proof be provided in 45 days. Our Ruksati/Valima done within that time frame and sent to CIC late in December (within 45 days).
Anybody can inform how long it take after remedical and further proof been sent... any rough idea so that I can plan accordingly.

If anyone is planning to fly by PIA then do not fly as today PIA planes brakes fail, see how PIA is going now, better change your ticket as PIA stands for Pain in the ___ |

Congratz to all who have gotten awesome news! and hey to the rest of my friends who are going to get some good news soon IN SHA ALLAH!! Ive just had nothing to say (sadly) as ive heard nothing ! my husband jus visited me in Dec till jan... ive voluntarily sent pix of us out n about as well as around the house some with family while at dinners, movie tickets, receipts of shopping his ticket, boarding pass, greeting cards, e-mail screen shots...etc etc. my courier service has confirmed that the package has been received there.. what do i do now? almost into the 11th month so lots of u have been waiting much more than me but I'd jus like someone to tell me when I should be concerned abt some news from them? i'll be updating my PCC this month as well as the one that was sent with the application is expired. we havent sent my initial medical... so i still have that... wens a good time to? any suggestions?
The proof you sent would be attached to your file and they would look into it upon your initial review so don't be concerned. Also, no need to update your PCC either. Just wait for your initial review as they are going to ask you to send your PCC and IMM forms. In my opinion, you should have already sent your medical with voluntraily proof. This way you would have avoided waiting for medical request and assessment. |

They are cherry picking as usual ............... some file they pick up early some late, there are few other members from Nov who have not heard anything from them, did u send an email inquiry? |

For a second I thought that your wife disappeared now this is another case of fraud marriage as sometime these things do happen and they just disappeared from the airport, if they have someone else waiting for them and it could be that they have to take a connecting flight to some other city to join someone else. PLEASE DON'T TAKE THAT IN A SERIOUS MANNER. I WISH YOU LOTS OF LUCK. My wife's dissapperared today, After my wife received 2 back to back letters from CHC re-pcc , imm forms, some proofs, AND re-medical on different letter. And also i received the gcms notes end of december it said that my file will be reviewed again on febraury 2nd/2012. Also when i came to Pakistan i sent all the forms was requested including my visit to her i sent the ticket and the stamps on my passport, didnt wanted to send the boarding passes as i dont think there is any use for it so today wife's address dissapeared. So i know that they take a atleast 10 days to review your file and then it goes to next stage. So i hope she will receive something very soon and i hope i will be able to take her with me before i leave to go back to canada. I hope she receives her passport request soon. So my most important part of the life is over, Money, cars, property, Account balance is all second.
