CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

I applied in jan 2011 and CHC-I received file in Feb 2011.

Weather you select CAIPS they sent u GCMS format. i check for the CAIPS but i received GCMS code i think CAIPS not any more

he should apply for them he will get an idea whats going on with his file.

well I dont know if you showed up or not, forgive me for my niaveness based on ignorance, least to say that you made no effort to coordinate or identify yourself hence explains my point of lack of coordination and the aftermath

If ur file is still on caips then u get caips, ur case is on GCMS I still have my case on CAIPS.

only two fellas Mr Yasir and Mr Raptor showed up for Town hall meeting, the rest were just a figure of speech ..... that explains why all this is happening to us  

I was actually there an hour before the meeting was supposed to start as I finish work   @   5pm. Once I got to know what they were going to talk about, I left. Its just a waste of time for me if they were to tell me that its due to the conservative propoganda and not tell me a way to resolve this issue and reduce the timeline other than voting for Liberals next time.

I didnt apply for caips notes, if i apply i think it will takes 4 to 6 weeks to long, its been 13 days i didnt got reply from chc, could be tom or day after dont know.. however everyone getting late response from them.

I guess ghubare say hawa nikal gai. Not many people are willing to make an effort or participate for any kind of protest or emails. I only got 3 people who were serious about a protest but 3 of us can't change the whole system, we wanted people to step up but I guess cowards are cowards afterall. They are so scared of CIC that they are not even willing to write an email. This is why Pakistanis are last in every race.. ha ha

Whatever happened to your plans of withdrawing your application as you have a green card already? Why would you need Canadian Visa when you have the green card. Just move to US bro and sponsor your wife to US via Inland application .

Why the time line is increasing rapidly?
Why dont you guys make it easier for spouses to get visit visa?

I drove for 3 hrs (oneway) to participate and atleast play my part.
Will they do something about the timeline ? .... not likely
Make visit visa easier to acquire for spouses ?..... They said they will work on it
Was it worth it? ..... absolutely coz there were hundereds of concerned ppl and we need to show ourselves when opportunity arises.

i agree with u on that thinking the same 30 months max

in order to reduce timeline cic needs move afgan cases to it will be benificial for pakistani and afgans will reduce time s what if indians have to get there visas couple ofs months later
