Hi everyone! my husband is here to visit me! i need anyones guidance towards what exactly should be the material we should gather to send to CIC ISB. He was here for a 18 day visit but decided to extend his flight another 15 days. Ive got his boarding pass, copy of tickets, have pictures of us together outside and also at home we are 10months into process now so this is my first correspondence package to CIC- I also have pictures from his last years visit and his ticket as well as his current visit. i also have screen shots of facebook updates, monthly money transfer receipts, canadian phone bills still trying to get log from WorldCall centre for my call logs the greeting cards he had sent me by airmail- what else??? ... appreciate your help!

i applied around the same time as you did, just recently i sent back police clearance(Dec 20 2011). I haven't received any request for medical. I just noticed address of my spouse is missing from status update site. How long after did u receive your medical request and has the address on the site where you check status of application also changed?

Hopefully CHC returns the passport sometime next week, its been 5 weeks since CHC has the passport.

has any one who has applied in oct 2010 got the visa ? cux my case was submitted on 8th of oct 2010 n transfered on 12 nov 2010 n its been 15 months and i did not hear anything frm da embassy ... no re pcc, no re med n nuthin at all ... status is only APPLICATION RECEIVED ... i dnt knw how long dis process is goin 2 take more, its very depressing

Hahahaha! My parents would take offense that you think Im born angrezi Especially my mother, she dislikes the West and the fact that Im going there soon, but you know how it is with us muslims, "shareef bachcha hai, shareef khandaan hai" and before you realise it, you are married

Should order your GCMS (formerly CAIPS) notes. Immigration officer may have entered some notes regarding your file.
