Here is how one can order CAIPS: Scan all the forms and send them in attachment to this email address ATIP-AIPRP @ cic.gc.ca. You can use credit card form IMM 5667 and they will charge the $5 on your credit card. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/completed.asp Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual Form (IMM 5475) Access to Information and Personal Information Request Form (IMM 5563) Credit Card Payment Form (IMM 5667) Make sure you select that you want to receive them via EMAIL. If the option is not on the other form you filled out then you can even write it on the form with PEN that you would like to receive them via EMAIL. They usually comply. |

I do not want to disappoint you. You have to wait and have patience for PPR. Re-med does not imply PPR in two weeks or two months. it might take two three months or might take more than six months depending on the complexity of the case you filled. if it is a straight forward case and you have provided them all the required docs, your case can be processed faster and you can get PPR in quick time.
